Jeff Kantner

Jeff Kantner has over 20 years of experience in the recruiting and staffing industry. Jeff began their career in 1997 as a Senior Recruiter at Object Intelligence, where they were responsible for hiring technical professionals for long and short term contract positions. In 1999, they joined Adecco Technical as a Regional IT Recruiter, recruiting and hiring technical professionals for both contract and direct hire positions.

From 2000 to 2001, Kantner worked at Pelican Technology Partners and Configuration Management, Inc. as a Recruiting/Office Manager and a Business Development/Recruiter/Trainer, respectively. Jeff was responsible for hiring technical professionals for both internal and external needs.

In 2001, Kantner joined CC Intelligent Solutions as a Business Development/Recruiter, bringing in new business in the form of projects and staff augmentation. Jeff then moved to Kantner and Associates in 2002, where they continued their role in business development and recruitment, focusing on bringing in new clients and understanding their needs.

From 2005 to 2006, Kantner worked at OAOT Professional Services as a Recruiter, hiring technical professionals for external needs. Jeff then joined JSR Sales Inc. as a Recruiting Consultant, responsible for hiring sales professionals for external needs.

In 2006, Kantner joined Take Solutions Inc. as a Corporate Recruiter/Strategic Staffing. Jeff was responsible for the recruitment and hire of internal and external positions, including sales, bio life sciences, and IT positions.

Lastly, Kantner joined CCIS in 2010, initially as a Senior Managing Partner. Jeff later became the EVP of the company. CCIS is a national provider of staffing services, managed service programs, technology outsourcing services, and information technology infrastructure services. Kantner's role involved providing contingent workers, personnel recruitment services, and managed services programs primarily for technical and IT positions.

Jeff Kantner has a Bachelor of Science in Business Management (BSBM) from Asbury University. Additionally, they obtained a certification in SPHR from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in December 2011. No specific start or end years for their education at Asbury University are provided.
