Anett Klemencsics

Anett Klemencsics has extensive experience in asset and property management within the real estate sector. Currently serving as Asset Management AT at CC Real since March 2022, Anett previously held the position of Asset Management CEE at UNIQA Real Estate Management GmbH from April 2013 to February 2022, focusing on optimizing and managing a diverse real estate portfolio across multiple countries. Anett has also served as Director of Property Management at LURDY Group, overseeing property management and leasing for a large shopping mall and office center. Prior experience includes roles as Managing Director and Project Director at EIK Kft. / Walker and Williams Hungary Zrt., managing real estate development projects, and as Managing Director and CFO at Monarchia winery. Anett's career began with positions at InvesTel and Matáv within the Deutsche Telekom Group, and early roles included managing sales at Interestate Zrt. and acquisitions at Lidl Magyarország. Anett holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Pécs.
