Julia Ashley

Julia Ashley joined C&C in July 2008 and has an MBA from the Open University. On 1st April 2016 Julia became Chief Executive for C&C.

"I believe passionately that people aged over 55 deserve to live in elegant homes and vibrant communities and I very much value and enjoy the talent of the fantastic C&C staff, residents and professionals who work together to co-produce innovative new homes that that are adaptable for future needs.

"I had an early background in emergency and community care and housing and spent a period of my time delivering specialist services for people with dementia which I found incredibly rewarding. I have enjoyed challenging my own and others thinking about the perception of older age, developing in myself and others a new vision of age as a time of opportunity and achievement.
