Nathaniel Spagni is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in technical support and project management. Currently, as Innovations Manager at C&C Housing Trust since October 2007, Nathaniel provides essential support and maintenance for the organization's IT infrastructure, focusing on a thin client environment with Citrix. Nathaniel has designed and managed a Digital Inclusion project, covering service branding, promotions, and policies. Previously, Nathaniel served as an IT Support Analyst within C&C Housing Trust and worked as a Helpdesk Analyst at Remploy, where responsibilities included user account administration and problem management for over 3,000 users. Nathaniel’s career began at IBM, taking on various customer support roles, advancing to 2nd Level Helpdesk Analyst, and training colleagues to enhance their skills and productivity.
