Joe Andrews has a diverse professional background in the technical sales industry. Starting in 2010, they worked as a Retail Wireless Consultant at U.S. Cellular for two years. Then, from 2012 to 2016, Joe served as a Client Solutions Executive at AT&T, where they consulted with customers to optimize their business operations by implementing solutions such as Enterprise Mobility Management and Unified Communications. Following that, they joined CenturyLink as a Senior Global Relationship Manager, working closely with major educational institutions in Missouri to devise technology strategies and provide innovative solutions. In 2018, Joe joined CC3 Solutions as the Director of Technical Sales, where they led consultations with sales teams and clients, offering technical expertise for complex products and services. Recently, they advanced to the role of Vice President of Technical Sales at CC3 Solutions.

Joe Andrews obtained a Bachelor's Degree in History and Political Science from Greenville University, where they studied from 2006 to 2010. In addition, they obtained certifications such as the "Carrier Ethernet Certified Professional" from the MEF Forum in October 2019 and the "Network Security Expert 3 (NSE 3)" from Fortinet in March 2020.
