Baxter Freake possesses extensive experience in the retail and flooring industries, currently serving as Senior Vice President of the Retail Group at CCA Global Partners since November 2021. Prior to this role, Baxter held the position of Vice President at Carpet One Floor and Home Canada from December 2002 to the present. Baxter's career also includes significant roles such as Flooring Division Manager at Cohen's Home Furnishings from 1985 to 2002 and Store Manager at B&K Carpet from 1983 to 1985.
