Keith Spano

As President of Flooring America, Flooring Canada, International Design Guild and The Floor Trader, Keith Spano’s primary role is ensuring the ongoing success of members while maximizing their profitability.

Spano is an industry veteran who got his start in his family’s flooring business and went on to have a blend of experiences in many areas of the floor covering the industry from sales and marketing to product management and supplier relations. This experience contributes greatly to members’ success.

Spano’s background includes wholesale experience working at Beaulieu of America as the Director of National Accounts and serving at Abbey Carpet Inc. as Executive Vice President of Marketing and Merchandising. He also gained critical retail experience as the Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing for a 13 store retail chain — Avalon Carpet Tile & Flooring.

Spano joined Flooring America in January 2011 and later took on responsibilities for Flooring Canada and The Floor Trader. Since joining the team, Spano has proven that his industry experience combined with an innovative outlook is just the tools needed to bring continued success to the membership of these divisions.

Spano also serves on the board of Pets for Patriots, a non-profit organization providing pet adoptions to military veterans.

Spano is based out of Flooring America’s Manchester, NH office.
