Rachel Walschleger

As Chief Operating Officer, Rachel leads ProSource across all operations, franchise development, business consulting, and merchandising teams.

Rachel has over 20 years of experience managing sales performance and multi-unit operations. She is a sales manager at heart and passionate about developing people and processes to better serve the customer base while growing revenue and profit.

Previously serving various management roles with Limited Brands, Ann Taylor, and Furniture Brands International, Rachel joined ProSource Wholesale in 2008 to open and manage a new ProSource location in an expanding market. Since then, she has advanced through leadership positions inside Corporate Owned Showrooms and Field Business Consulting.
