Leo Doucette, MBA has a long and varied work experience. Leo began their career in 1995 as the Director of Finance & District Budget Director for the State of Florida - DCF. In 1999, they became the CFO of Marion ARC, Inc. where they were responsible for all financial and administrative duties. In 2008, they moved to Meridian Behavioral Healthcare, Inc. where they also served as CFO. In 2009, they became the CFO of CCARC, Inc. and in 2010 they began working part-time as an Adjunct Instructor of business education, computer sciences and algebra courses at Rasmussen College, as well as being on the Business School Advisory Council. In 2017, they were appointed President/CEO of Non-Profit Initiatives, Inc.

Leo Doucette, MBA obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) from the University of Maine between 1972 and 1976, with a focus in Accounting. Leo later earned a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) from Saint Leo University between 2007 and 2009, with a focus in Accounting and Finance.
