Vinciane Gillet

Vinciane Gillet currently serves as the Deputy Director of Communication for the UIA Union Internationale des Avocats, having held various leadership roles including membership in the Family Law Commission and positions as President and Vice-President of the Belgian National Committee of the UIA. Additionally, Vinciane is a member of the "Equality" Commission at the Fédération des Barreaux d’Europe and the President of the Private International Law Commission at the Brussels Bar, while also being a member of the French Order Council of Lawyers. An expert in "Quality" for Avocats.be at the CCBE, Vinciane founded the European Incubator for the Brussels Bar and has been an approved collaborative family law attorney and international private law specialist at GILLET-LEX since 1997. Vinciane previously served as President of the Commission for Legal Aid in Brussels from October 2014 to January 2021. Educational pursuits include a current program in Practical Arbitration at Université Paris-Saclay, alongside studies at UCLouvain Saint-Louis Bruxelles, Ghent University, and Université catholique de Louvain.
