Jocelyn Sheffield

Jocelyn Sheffield is an accomplished Engineering Project Manager at Compressor Controls Corporation by Honeywell, responsible for managing engineering automation projects across North and South America, as well as globally, to enhance process optimization, safety, and machine efficiency. Previously, at Phillips 66, Jocelyn held multiple roles, including IT Application Analyst, where responsibilities included acting as the key liaison between corporate IT and lubricants plants, and overseeing the strategic management of the IT university talent pipeline and internship program. Additional experience includes internships at CityArchRiver Foundation, Bebitus, Devon Energy, and WPX Energy, where Jocelyn honed skills in communications, marketing, IT application development, and project management. Jocelyn holds a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Management Information Systems, International Business, and Spanish from The University of Tulsa and has further education from Universitat Pompeu Fabra.
