Afzal Masra

Afzal Masra, CSPO, CSM, MBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality assurance and product management. Currently serving as a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer at CCC Information Services since January 2020, Afzal has also co-founded Cricket Pro Gear, where responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, maintaining the company website, and overseeing product delivery. Previous roles include Quality Assurance Analyst at BMW of North America, LLC, Scrum Master/Test Engineer II and Test Engineer II at CSG, and Application Test Engineer at Google Motorola Mobility. Afzal holds an MBA from Gies College of Business - University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and has completed a coding bootcamp at Actualize, in addition to earning degrees in Managing Information Science and Management Information Systems.
