Erik P. Johnson has extensive experience in customer success and project management, currently serving as the Manager of the Customer Success Team at CCC Intelligent Solutions since May 2017. In this role, Erik is accountable for ensuring exceptional customer experiences and outcomes with CCC products and services, leading account teams to drive product value and adoption.
