James Gandurski

James Gandurski is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in total rewards, compensation, and people analytics. Currently, Gandurski serves as Sr. Director of Total Rewards & People Analytics at CCC Intelligent Solutions since April 2022. Prior to this role, significant contributions were made at Adtalem Global Education from March 2013 to April 2022, including positions as Sr. Director of Total Rewards & HR Operations and Director of Compensation. Earlier roles included leadership in compensation consulting at FPL Associates L.P. and Grant Thornton, where expertise in executive compensation and regulatory compliance was demonstrated.
