Jennifer Machado, MPA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Workday Financials and Human Capital Management (HCM). Currently serving as the Sr. Manager and Workday Product Owner at CCC Intelligent Solutions since January 2018, Jennifer specializes in architecting and implementing scalable solutions across various Workday modules while providing subject matter expertise and ensuring adherence to best practices. Prior experience includes roles as a Business System Analyst at The University of Chicago, focusing on HR Shared Services implementation, and a Business Process Architect/Analyst at Broward College, where Jennifer led financial process design efforts and configured security and workflows in Workday. Jennifer holds a Master of Public Administration from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration from Florida International University.
