Kamal then moved on to The Principal Financial Group, where they worked as a Senior Software Engineer, analyzing business requirements, collaborating in Use Case Realization, and designing applications with UML models. Currently, Kamal is employed at CCC Information Services, where they have held various roles such as Director of Products and Technology, Senior Director of Products Development, and Vice President of Product Development-Workflow. In these roles, they have led the technical design and development efforts for several CCC applications, managed application development teams, mentored resources in Java and J2EE development, and successfully managed complex projects with large globally distributed teams.
