Lisa Voss (Osgood), SCLA, has extensive experience in the insurance and claims industry, currently serving as a Customer Success Manager for Casualty at CCC Intelligent Solutions since September 2011, after progressing through roles such as Senior Field Consultant and Casualty Account Manager.
