Matt Grima

Customer Success Manager

Matt Grima is an experienced Customer Success Manager at CCC Intelligent Solutions, where employment began in May 2014 after serving as a Senior Field Consultant. Prior to this role, Matt worked at Alldata from January 2007 to May 2014 as a Collision Account Manager, managing both Collision Accounts and ALLDATAdiy.com, in addition to functioning as a Library Research Specialist. Earlier experience includes a position at Cooks Collision from March 2004 to January 2007 as a Body Shop professional, and an Inventory Specialist role at CarMax from April 2001 to March 2004. Matt is also ASE Certified in both Automobile Service Consulting and Automobile Parts Specialty. Education was completed at Sierra College between 2001 and 2004.
