Robert Riddle

Robert Riddle has extensive experience in the supply chain and automotive services sectors, currently serving as the Network Partnerships Manager at CCC Intelligent Solutions since April 2004. In this role, Robert leads and supports complex implementation initiatives while focusing on customer retention and revenue growth for supply chain partners. Previous positions at CCC include Network Parts Manager, Partnerships Manager, and Customer Care Manager, where responsibilities emphasized customer retention and collections. Prior to CCC, Robert worked at CCC Information Services in roles such as Inside Sales Supervisor and Regional Business Manager, as well as Account Manager. Robert began a career at Ford Motor Company, working in warehouse distribution from 1992 to 2001. Robert holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the University of Illinois Chicago.
