Tom Eppenstein

Tom Eppenstein is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in end user services and technology management. Currently serving as Sr Manager of IT End User Services at CCC Intelligent Solutions since October 2015, Tom oversees internal user experience and manages unified communications and workplace productivity tools. Previously, Tom held various roles at the American Medical Association, including IT Engineer III, focusing on client computing configuration and conflict resolution. Additional experience includes positions at Best Buy's Geek Squad, Argonne National Laboratory, and ComEd, accompanied by dual Bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration and Management Information Systems from Lewis University.
