Zixuan Yan

Zixuan Yan is a Data Scientist at CCC Intelligent Solutions since January 2023, specializing in quality system inputs and the modification of pre-trained models for diverse applications in computer vision and natural language processing. Previously, Zixuan served as a Data Science R&D Intern, contributing to the Quick Estimate platform for car damage assessments through innovative features, including the integration of speech recognition. Zixuan has also gained research experience as a Summer Research Intern and Research Assistant at the DVMM lab at Columbia Engineering, focusing on multimodal event relation and video relationship prediction under Dr. Long Chen. Earlier, Zixuan interned remotely at Duke University Pratt School of Engineering, working on wearable computing and signal classification. Zixuan holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Nanjing University. An academic background includes a high school diploma in Science from Suzhou High School.
