Tina Parscal

Tina Parscal is the Associate Vice Chancellor for CCCOnline and Academic Affairs for the Colorado Community College System (CCCS). She leads Colorado Community Colleges Online (CCCOnline), the online consortium of the 13 CCCS community colleges. In this role, she provides executive leadership for CCCOnline, has oversight for system-wide academic technologies and services, and coordinates collaboration and communication among the colleges, System office, and CCCOnline. Tina also represents CCCS on the State of Colorado’s OER Council.

Tina has held numerous academic and administrative leadership roles in higher education such as executive director, provost/chief academic officer, dean, and faculty. Tina brings a breadth of experience that supports CCCOnline’s priorities including open educational resources, instructional design and innovation, teaching and learning, accreditation, regulatory affairs, and innovative models for enhancing the student learning experience.
