Deomar Lacbay

Deomar Lacbay is a seasoned construction quality control professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as Construction Quality Control Manager at CCI Alliance of Companies since December 2018, Deomar has previously held the same title at ALAN SHINTANI INC. from June 2017 to December 2018, while also fulfilling the role of Project Engineer. Prior experience includes a position as Project Engineer at Talion Construction, LLC in early 2016 and serving as Department Head at Makati Development Corporation for nearly seven years. Deomar holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Adamson University, completed between 1999 and 2004.
