Ellie Sunshine has extensive experience in project management and executive support roles, currently serving as a Project Manager and Procurement Officer at Catholic Church Insurance (CCI) since March 2014. Previously, Ellie worked at Maxcon Constructions as an Executive Assistant and Defect Manager from January 2010 to March 2014. Ellie holds a Diploma in Project Management from the Australian Institute of Management, completed in 2019-2020, and has educational experience at Seevic College.
