Işıl Aytemur

Işıl Aytemur is an experienced professional in human resources and talent acquisition, currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Coca-Cola CCI since August 2019. Previously, Işıl held the position of Senior Group Talent Management Executive for Central Asia, Middle East, Pakistan, and Turkey, and also worked as an HR BP Executive in the commercial sector. Prior to Coca-Cola CCI, Işıl worked at Yıldız Holding as a Human Resources Specialist and at ALARKO HOLDİNG A.Ş. as a Human Resources Assistant Specialist. Işıl began the career in human resources as an intern at Yıldız Holding. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Bahcesehir University and dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Political Science and International Relations, and Sociology from Boğaziçi University, along with additional studies at Masaryk University Brno.
