Serkan Göçmen

Serkan GÖÇMEN is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Head of Infrastructure and Technology at Coca-Cola CCI since March 2023. Prior roles include Infrastructure Services Group Manager at KoçSistem, where responsibilities involved enhancing managed services for over 300 customers and developing a dedicated Azure Expert Managed Services Provider team. Previously, as Head of Engineering at Domino's Turkey, Serkan drove agile technology transformation projects on Azure, focusing on security and cost reduction. At Bilyoner.com, the role of Director of Infrastructure and Information Security involved leading Turkey's largest Openshift project for a secure containerized microservices platform. Earlier experience includes positions at Türkiye Sigorta in various managerial and engineering capacities, where Serkan focused on modernizing IT infrastructure and security, as well as systems and network engineering at ICBC Turkey. Serkan holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Istanbul Technical University and a Master's degree in Information Technology from Bahcesehir University.
