Frank Pepe

Frank Pepe is a seasoned Learning and Development Specialist and Consultant with extensive experience in designing and developing educational content and facilitating training programs. Currently at CCI Consulting since January 2022, Frank has created over 400 e-learning and instructor-led leadership development courses. Previous roles include serving as a Learning and Development Specialist at Humanizing the Workforce, focusing on communication skills and utilizing instructional design methodologies, and as a Training and Compliance Instructor at Cintas, where Frank facilitated numerous safety training sessions. Earlier career positions include office management at Pine Ridge Productions Inc. and customer service management at Club La Maison Health & Fitness Complex, in addition to teaching history at The Sagemont School. Frank holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Holy Family University.
