Jim Clontz

Jim Clontz is a seasoned professional in talent management and HR consulting with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Recently retired from CCI Consulting, a firm that has supported clients since 1988 in aligning their people strategies for sustainable business results, Jim previously held senior roles at Right Management as Vice President of Client Services Consulting, and at The Chesapeake Group/Executive Assets as Vice President and General Manager. Jim's earlier career includes self-employment as a consultant, managerial positions in employee relations and safety at CitiSteel USA, and recruitment at Carpenter Technology Corporation. Jim holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Widener University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from Youngstown State University.
