Chrystelle Girard Rinaldini

Chrystelle Girard Rinaldini has extensive experience in professional training and education, currently serving as a specialized trainer at CCI France since July 2012, where responsibilities include designing and facilitating training programs for trainers. At Cegos, since January 2022, Chrystelle focuses on delivering short and certifying training cycles, while also working with Pair.e performance as a blended-learning project manager. An educator at Cnam since 2010, Chrystelle designs and leads project management training for a significant number of regional project leaders annually. Previously, Chrystelle held various roles in training consultancy and HR development, showcasing expertise in adult education, psychological aspects of learning, and creative training methodologies. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Private Law from Université Côte d'Azur and numerous certifications in educational methodologies and digital training programs.
