Deneshan Chetty has a diverse range of work experience. Deneshan is currently serving as the Head of Operations: Shared Services at CCI South Africa since October 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Owner of Intense Angling South Africa starting from March 2023.
From 2018 to 2022, Deneshan held the role of Director of Operations and Client Services (QA) at Call Insight. In this position, they led operational, tactical, and strategic objectives for a quality assurance and customer insight business unit. Deneshan had full control over 90 QA resources and managed multiple industry verticals and geographies.

Deneshan Chetty attended Trenance Manor Secondary School from 1999 to 2003, where they studied subjects including Mathematics, Physics, Geography, Biology, English, and Afrikaans. In 2016, they obtained a NQF 5 - Management Development Program from GIBS Business School. In 2017, they obtained a RE 5 certification from Moonstone Academy. From 2021 to 2023, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from MANCOSA. They also hold additional certifications in NQF 2 Business Administration and NQF 3 Food and Beverage Packaging from Seta, though the specific dates of obtaining these certifications are not provided.
