Caroline Desouches

Caroline Desouches has extensive experience in international trade and export development, currently serving as a Conseillère International Industrie & Cleantech at CCI Normandie since January 2019. Prior to this role, Caroline Desouches was an International Trade Advisor at CCI International Normandie from April 2011 to December 2018, assisting Normandy-based companies in export development across various sectors, including structuring export projects, training in international trade techniques, and organizing collective prospecting missions in Spain and Latin America. Caroline Desouches has been recognized as the Latin America reference for Normandy businesses. Earlier, Caroline Desouches worked as a project manager at Hippolia, where efforts focused on establishing an Export Group within the French equine sector, earning the Prix de la Vocation à l'International for this project. Education credentials include a Bachelor in International Trade from GROUPE FIM and a BTS in International Trade from Lycée FRESNEL.
