Sonja Matzke

Sonja Matzke is an accomplished executive with significant experience in operational leadership and strategic planning. As Vice President of Operations at CCI Systems from February 2021 to December 2023, Matzke oversaw P&L accountability for 18 customers and managed over 260 employees across more than 45 active projects. Prior roles included Vice President of Corporate Operations and Sr. Director of Operational Excellence, where Matzke implemented Continuous Improvement methodologies that improved GP margins and significantly reduced customer service call center issues. Matzke's career began with positions as a Personal Banker at Citizens Republic Bancorp and Annuities Technician at Sentry Insurance. Academically, Matzke holds a Master of Science in Business Management from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Iowa State University.
