Fang Xue

Fang Xue is an Associate Director of Data Science at Castleton Commodities International, a position held since July 2024. Previously, Fang served as an Applied Data Scientist at causaLens from June 2022 to June 2024 and held roles as Senior Associate and Associate/Quantitative Analyst at Dectech between November 2020 and June 2022. Fang completed a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Biochemical Engineering at UCL, with a thesis focused on developing a synthetic biology toolbox for identifying outer membrane proteins involved in n-alkanes uptake. Additionally, Fang has an MBA elective in Behavioural Economics and Decision-Making from London Business School and a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) in Food Engineering from the University of Shanghai for Science and Technology.
