Chelsea Griffiths

Chelsea Griffiths has a diverse work experience in the engineering field. Chelsea started their career at Keller Canada as a Civil Engineering Intern, where they completed detailed engineering designs for storage tank repair and construction. Chelsea worked closely with design codes and client specifications to ensure quality.

Chelsea then moved on to CCI INC., where they held several positions. As a Junior Engineer, they specialized in creating detailed engineering designs for various installations and conducted stress and pressure analysis. Chelsea later became a Project Manager, overseeing projects from conception to installation and providing guidance to team members. Currently, they serve as Trenchless Engineering Lead, responsible for planning, managing, and monitoring engineering functions related to trenchless scopes of work. Chelsea also reviews and develops company processes, procedures, standards, quality, and training.

Chelsea Griffiths attended the University of Calgary from 2009 to 2014, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Engineering with a focus on Civil Engineering and a minor in Structural Engineering.
