Devon Boisen is an experienced culinary professional with a robust background in food service management and executive chef roles. Currently serving as Systems Director and Regional Executive Chef for Morrison Living since May 2021, Devon previously held the position of Food Service Director at Guckenheimer from October 2017 to October 2020 and served as Sr. Executive Chef at Compass Group / Morrison from August 2016 to October 2017. Devon also owned and operated One Fermented Evening from June 2008 to October 2017 and held various executive chef positions at Colonial Leisure Group, Compass Group, The Terrace Room, McCormick & Schmick's, and J. Buck's Restaurant. Devon's culinary journey began as a Line Cook and Sous Chef at Big Sky Café. Educational background includes studies in Culinary & Hotel Restaurant Management at St. Louis Community College at Forest Park and attendance at Southern Illinois University.
