Hassan Aberchah is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in various roles, including Executive Chef at Morrison Living since May 2022 and Owner & Executive Chef at Chef Hassan Catering & Cooking School "Dar Marrakech" since 2016. Hassan has also held executive chef positions at LifeWorks Restaurant Group from 2017 to 2021, as well as serving as a private chef with Cozymeal, Inc. and providing cooking classes and catering services. Additionally, Hassan gained valuable experience as a Sous Chef at Bon Appétit Management Company and Sofitel, and as a Banquet Chef at the Radisson Blu Aqua Hotel in Chicago. Hassan's formal education includes a Bachelor's Degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from the Marrakech Culinary Institute and an Associate's Degree in Physics and Chemistry from Kadi Ayyad University Marrakech.
