Phillip Dopson

Phillip Dopson Jr. has an extensive career in hospitality management, currently serving as SVP of The HUB Design Innovation at CCL Hospitality Group since June 2002. Prior roles at CCL include SVP of Consumer Experience, Design & Retail. From June 2011 to October 2021, Phillip held the position of Vice President of Design and Retail at Morrison Living, after previously serving as Regional Director of Operations. Prior experience includes Director of Operations at the University Place Conference Center & Hotel and several director-level roles at Starwood Hotels & Resorts, as well as experience as Executive Assistant Manager at Gaylord Entertainment. Phillip is an alumnus of Texas Tech University, where studies were completed from 1990 to 1994.
