Doug Rorer

Doug Rorer is a seasoned business development and sales professional with extensive experience across various companies in the labeling and packaging industry. Currently serving as the New Business Development Manager for the Specialty Division at CCL Label since November 2025, Doug previously held the role of Sales Executive at ELM PRESS, INC., and before that, worked as an Account Executive at Cimarron Label. From 2010 to 2017, Doug was the Vice President of Sales at Lofton Label & Packaging, overseeing all sales activities, while earlier roles included New Business Development at Appolux, where Doug led initiatives in innovative open-source technology, and Co-Owner of Rorer Studio, a boutique concrete company. Doug's career began in sales leadership as Division Leader at Advanced Visual Output and Division Manager at Shea Architects, where significant sales growth was achieved. Doug holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls and a BS in Natural Resources from the University of Minnesota.
