Kai-Uwe Schroeder began their work experience in 1997 at CCL Label, where they assumed the role of Head of Sales Specialty Germany. Kai-Uwe held this position until joining CCL Industries in the same year, where they also served as the Head of Sales Specialty Germany. Kai-Uwe remained with CCL Industries until 2018.
Kai-Uwe Schroeder attended the Carl von Ossietzky University of Oldenburg from 1983 to 1992, earning a diploma in economics (Diplom Ökonom) with a focus on business studies (Wirtschaftswissenschaften).
