Kelly Duncan

Kelly Duncan is an experienced quality and operations manager with a comprehensive background in the biopharmaceutical and animal health industries. Currently serving as Quality Manager at CCL Label since March 2023, Kelly Duncan ensures high-quality standards in production and supervises staff at the Sioux Falls facility. Previously held positions include Sr. Director of Manufacturing Operations at SAB Biotherapeutics, where oversight of manufacturing operations and compliance was key, and Operations Manager at ELANCO ANIMAL HEALTH, focusing on regulatory compliance in vaccine operations. Additional experience includes roles at Minnesota Rubber and Plastics, Fort Dodge Animal Health, Cambrex, and Solvay, where responsibilities ranged from managing production teams to coordinating schedules and budgets.
