Lauren Sorce is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at CCL Label since March 2021, Lauren has demonstrated expertise in full-cycle recruiting and payroll processing for 75 employees, alongside facilitating internal innovation programs and organizing corporate events. Prior experience at Goldberg Segalla included responsibilities as a Human Resources & Benefits Coordinator, where Lauren managed benefits administration for up to 1,100 employees, coordinated wellness initiatives, and maintained internship programs. Lauren's foundational HR experience began as an intern at Sonwil Distribution Center, focusing on applicant tracking systems and recruiting. Educational credentials include a Master’s Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of New Haven and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the State University of New York at Oswego.
