Mehroz Nafees

Mehroz Nafees has extensive experience in project management and operational excellence within the pharmaceutical and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as Manager Projects at CCL Pharmaceuticals, Mehroz oversees a capital expenditure of PKR 1.6 billion. Prior experience includes roles at Abbott, where Mehroz focused on setting KPIs and leading cost-saving projects, and Haleon, managing the execution of various cost-saving initiatives. Mehroz also contributed to GSK as an Assistant Manager in multiple capacities, including leading continuous improvement projects and managing capital projects.
