Joseph DeLuise has a diverse and extensive work experience. Joseph started their career as a Systems Analyst at JWP, Inc. in 1992 and then moved to National Guardian, where they served as a Systems Manager from 1993 to 1995. Joseph then joined Howard Systems International as a Systems Manager briefly in 1995 before becoming the Vice President of Technology Services for the same company, a position they held until 2015. From 2002 to 2016, Joseph served as the Vice President of Technology Services at Questcon Technologies. Currently, they are the Director of IT Services at the Connecticut Conference of Municipalities, a position they have held since 2016.

Joseph DeLuise has a strong education background in the fields of Management, Accounting, and Management Information Systems. Joseph obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Management Information Systems from Fordham University, attending from 1988 to 1992.
