Cathy Dmello

As VP of Technology, Cathy is in charge of implementing CCR’s technology objectives, both on current projects and investing in future ones. She oversees the product development of the company, and she ensures a healthy IT ecosystem.

With a Masters in Accounting/Finance and Economics and an Associates in PC Programming, it’s unsurprising that she’s leading a team of developers to enhance CCR’s competitive advantage. She loves the fast-paced, ever-evolving environment at CCR and she enjoys the adrenaline rush that comes from being part of a world full of volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity.

Over the course of her career, Cathy has learned as a leader to strive and live for truth. She values people being their most authentic selves despite a world that pressures conformity.

If Cathy could pack up her bags and take a break right now, you’d find her on a secluded island or beach, relaxing and soaking up the sun.
