Tony Krueger

As the functional leader for the finance, facilities, and warehouse teams, Tony finds himself most enjoying CCR’s workplace culture. With a background as a Functional Leader in Finance and Technology, Tony was made for the role that was created at CCR in 2019.

He spent 20 years in the Financial Services Industry, and before that, he worked in auditing, accounting, and technology sectors. He earned his degree in Accounting from the University of Iowa and has been with CCR since 2019.

Tony’s leadership style comes from being open and accepting of feedback. “Feedback is the most important thing to me. It works both ways and should be both positive and negative (when necessary). A leader should encourage others to grow and a leader should grow by learning from team members.” He also considers himself an early adopter of technology, which makes working for a tech company like CCR all the more exciting.

If given an entire day to himself, you can find Tony doing a 100-mile bike ride around the backroads of Iowa or climbing a mountain in Colorado.
