Matthew Przywara

Matthew Przywara currently serves as Executive Director at CCRES Educational and Behavioral Health Services since August 2024. Prior to this role, Matthew held various positions within the School District of Lancaster from August 2007 to August 2024, including Assistant Superintendent and Acting Superintendent. During Matthew's tenure, leadership involved strategic planning to enhance operations related to student achievement, principal effectiveness, and community relations. Additionally, Matthew served as Chief of Finance & Operations, overseeing finance, human resources, and other operational aspects of the district. Earlier in the career, Matthew was Assistant Business Manager at Norristown Area School District and Audit Supervisor at Barbacane, Thornton & Company LLP. Matthew holds a Master of Business Administration from West Chester University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Elon University's Martha and Spencer Love School of Business.
