Diane Ravech is an accomplished healthcare executive with experience in leadership roles for healthcare systems, hospitals and physician practices. In her role as the Senior Vice President of Payer Strategies, Diane will lead initiatives to create innovative and transformative payer strategies, relationships and agreements that drive the future CCRM Network by optimizing revenue and increasing access to care for the patients. She leads the Payer Strategy Innovation team in developing and executing payer and pricing strategies to advance strategic partnerships and growth. Her years of experience in building new care delivery/service reimbursement models, contract negotiation, network integration, value-based agreement strategy and overall efforts to innovative payer strategies continue to position CCRM as industry leader, maximizing value for CCRM’s network partners.
Ravech previously served as the Vice President of Payer Strategies for Women’s Health USA where she developed and executed the managed care strategy and negotiating with health plans on behalf of more than 600 physician and collaborative provider partners. She also provided oversight to value-based arrangements, including pay-for-performance and patient satisfaction programs for ob/gyn and infertility physician practices.
Prior to joining Women’s Health USA, Ravech was the Director of Planning, Marketing and Network Development at the University of Connecticut Health Center. She was responsible for strategic planning and marketing of clinical programs, certificate of need reporting, physician recruitment and network sizing. Diane also held management positions in acute care hospitals in health information management and quality assurance departments specializing in reimbursement models using severity-adjusted case mix algorithms.
After receiving her Bachelor of Science degree in Health Information Administration at Ithaca College, she completed Masters in Public Administration at Penn State University’s Capital College School of Public Affairs. She is a member of several professional organizations, including Advanced Society Reproductive Medicine (ASRM), the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA) and is a Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA). She has served on the board of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation Greater, Hartford and New Haven CT Chapter.
