Cristina Keefe

Vice President at CCS Fundraising

Cristina blends analytical thinking with a passion for relationship-building and client service to achieve transformational results for the organizations she serves. She has built a career spanning 20+ years working in client-focused fundraising, marketing, and project management roles. At CCS, Cristina works hand in hand with clients as a servant leader, providing strategic counsel while executing development-focused projects including fundraising campaigns, feasibility studies, assessments, and custom engagements.

As a fundraising consultant, Cristina has worked with nonprofits spanning many sectors including arts and culture institutions, social services agencies, independent schools, institutions of higher learning, and faith-based organizations. She has also worked on the client side as a fundraiser in the healthcare and humanitarian aid sectors and brings empathy and an understanding of the unique challenges facing development professionals to her engagements.

In addition to her client-facing work, Cristina has held numerous leadership roles within CCS. She was a co-chair of the CCS Working Parents employee resource group for over two years and currently serves on the firm’s Jewish Content Cabinet. Cristina has also been an active leader in CCS’ diversity, equity, and inclusion work. She was selected serve as a member of the firmwide DEI Working Group, and to chair a subcommittee focused on internal enhancements. In addition, she is a member of the Southern California team’s DEI and Executive committees.

Cristina graduated from Wake Forest University with a BA in English and received her MBA with honors from UCLA Anderson School of Management. She is a past board member of UCLA Anderson Women and resides in Los Angeles with her husband and their two children.
