Gaby has more than eight years of development experience in a variety of sectors, including Catholic dioceses and parishes, human services, and international development. Her areas of expertise include campaign planning and direction; major gift solicitation and strategy; developing solicitation materials; prospect research; and volunteer recruitment, training and management.

Gaby has planned and directed capital campaigns with cumulative goals of more than $340 million.

From 2018 through 2020, Gaby directed a $300 million global campaign for the Lions Clubs International Foundation, to fund and launch service projects in multiple cause areas. She also led the preceding campaign planning and feasibility study which engaged donors and volunteers from dozens of countries around the world.

Gaby was also engaged with the Shrine of Our Lady of Guadalupe in La Crosse, WI, directing the Answering Mary’s Call campaign. The $13 million campaign supported the Shrine endowment as well as the construction of a retreat center. During CCS’s time with the Shrine, the campaign raised more than $11 million, including four gifts of $1 million or more.

In addition to her campaign management experience, Gaby led a campaign planning and feasibility study for Boys Town in Omaha, Nebraska. She also conducted a structural assessment and prepared a fundraising activation plan for Goodwill Industries International, the parent organization overseeing operations and providing support to the international network of Goodwill career centers and retail stores.
