Lindsey Humes

Senor Vice President at CCS Fundraising

Lindsey joined CCS in 2001, bringing years of experience working for leading national and international nonprofit organizations including Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Boston Symphony Orchestra, Handel and Haydn Society, and the Unitarian Universalist Service Committee.

At CCS, Lindsey has orchestrated campaigns for clients within a range of sectors, including healthcare, higher education, medical research, secondary education, and social service. Lindsey’s areas of expertise include annual fund programs, board orientation and training, campaign direction, development assessments, feasibility studies, major gift solicitation and strategy, planned giving, prospect research, and volunteer orientation and training.

Lindsey is a member of the Dean’s Advisory Board for the College of Fine Arts at Boston University. She also serves on the Advisory Council for the Boston University Tanglewood Institute. Lindsey has lectured and represented CCS at national and regional conferences of the Association of Fundraising Professionals, the Association for Healthcare Philanthropy, and Women in Development of Greater Boston.

Lindsey earned a master’s degree in Music from the University of Akron, a bachelor’s degree in Music from Boston University, and an Artist’s Diploma from the State Conservatory for Music and the Performing Arts in Stuttgart, Germany.
